SANAA, Jun. 16 (YPA) – The National Salvation Government requested on Wednesday a week deadline to respond to the Parliament inquires regarding the implementation of the House recommendations.
In its session Wednesday, headed by the Speaker Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i and in the presence of the Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor and members of the government, the parliament reviewed a number of recommendations that it had previously approved on a number of issues and topics, which the government committed to implementing them.
The Prime Minister touched on some of the difficulties that prevent the implementation of some recommendations, including the lack of the necessary capabilities in light of the continued aggression and siege.
Dr. bin Habtoor indicated that the exceptional situation that the country is going through requires taking exceptional measures to overcome these difficulties.
He asked the parliament to give the government a deadline until next Wednesday, to complete the reports from the rest of the ministries so that it can submit a comprehensive report on its performance during the last period, as well as what is related to the implementation of the recommendations of the parliament.
The Parliament agreed to the government’s request, and the parliament members stressed that the government’s report to be submitted next week should include what has been implemented of the parliament’s recommendations and what has not been implemented and the reasons for that.
