President directs emergency relief to send to Socotra

SANAA, June 2 (YPA) – President Mahdi Al-Mashat on Friday discussed with governor of Socotra Island Hashim Al-Socotri, sending necessary aid to Socotra after last week hurricane on the island displaced thousands of citizens.

The president discussed plans to send the emergency aid to the areas most affected by the hurricane.

The president and the governor also reviewed the difficult situations imposing by the UAE and Saudi occupation forces on the citizens of the island.
