Saudi ambassador’s residence in London attacked

LONDON, May 01 (YPA) – The residence of the Saudi ambassador in London, Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan, was attacked on Friday by two men.

The attackers were arrested after they clashed with the guards. The armed police were seen handcuffing two men before taking them after the accident at about 1:30 in the afternoon.

An eyewitness told the “Daily Mail” newspaper that one of the attackers threw something over the high gate in front of the building in the gardens of Kensington Palace, setting many bushes ablaze.

The witness said that after that, one of the guards went out of the house to confront the two men, and one of them punched him in his eye.

The goal of the attack are not yet clear, but the police ruled out that the goals were “terrorist”.
