SHABWA, March 20 (YPA) – A civilian was killed on Saturday and ten others injured by fires of special forces loyal to Islah in Shabwa province, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.
The sources affirmed that Islah militants suppressed a protest of citizens demanding the provision of services, the reduction of the prices of oil derivatives and foodstuffs, and the payment of salaries in Ataq city.
The gunmen used live ammunition to disperse the demonstrators, killing a citizen and wounding dozens of civilians.
