At least 6 killed in bombing of Afghan government bus in Kabul

KABUL, March 18 (YPA) – At least six people were killed and more than 10 others injured when a roadside bomb exploded and targeted a bus carrying government employees passed through the capital Kabul on Thursday.

Officials confirmed that the bus was carrying government officials, without giving further details of the incident.

No group yet claimed responsibility for the blast

The bombing comes on a day when the Afghan government, the Taliban and other countries, including Russia and the United States, are meeting in Moscow to press for a reduction in violence and advance the Afghan peace process.
