Parliament listens to Development & Oil Committee’s report on fuel crisis

SANAA, March 16 (YPA) – The Parliament, in its Tuesday session chaired by the House Speaker Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, listened to the report of the Development, Oil and Mineral Resources Committee on the reasons for the continuing crisis of fuel.

The report included clarifications and responses provided by the concerned government agencies regarding the committee’s inquiries on the oil derivatives crisis and the spread of the phenomenon of smuggling fuel and the black market in the capital’s Sanaa and the provinces.

The Parliament postponed its discussion of the report to a future session, in the presence of the relevant government side.
