STC militias attack tribal meeting of Radfan’s sons in Aden

ADEN, March 15 (YPA) – The  UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia stormed a meeting for Redfan tribes in the southern port city of Aden, local sources reported on Monday.

According to local sources in the city, the so-called “emergency unit” stormed a residential building in the Al-Buraiqeh District.

The building owned by Sheikh Mohammed Fadl al-Al-Da’airy , one of the elders of Radfan district, Lahj province, during a tribal meeting of sheikhs and elders of the area,

The meeting was discussing the killing of two members of their tribe by the sons of two military commanders in the so-called “STC” late last month.

The sources explained that members of the “emergency unit” fired indiscriminately into the stairs of the building before withdrawing and leaving the place.

The sources suggested that the operation was a letter addressed to the sheikhs and elders of “Radfan” by the military leaders in “STC” which belongs to the areas of Dhalea.
