Judicial Council fires 3 judges for breaching their job duties

SANAA, March 15 (YPA) – The Supreme Judicial Council, in its meeting on Monday chaired by Head of the Council Judge Ahmed Al-Mutawakel, approved the dismissal of three judges for breaching their job duties.

This came after the Council was briefed on the findings of the Accountability Council against the three judges who violated their duties and stopped their work without a legal justification.

In the meeting, the Judicial Council discussed the annual work plan of the Higher Judicial Institute for the year 2021 and directed the institute to implement the plan.
