Islah leader arrested in Lahj

LAHJ, Feb. 20 (YPA) – A leader belonging to the Saudi-backed Islah Party was arrested on Saturday in Yemen’s southern province of Lahj, according to sources.

The sources said that the Southern Transitional Council (STC) militias arrested, Abdel-Rahman al-Hamiqani, the leader of the party, in a military point of Yafa area.

Al-Humiqani was taken and thrown into “Yehr” prison, added the sources.
