Son of military commander loyal to coalition killed in Dhalea

DHALEA, Feb. 19 (YPA) – A son of a military commander loyal to Saudi-led coalition was killed by the Yemeni army fire in Dhalea front, southern Yemen, local sources said on Friday.

According to the sources, Al-Harith bin Fadl al-Numeiri, son of the so-called Staff officer of “83rd Brigade”, who assumes the rank of lieutenant, was killed during an attack targeting a military vehicle in which he was travelling with a number of others in the Maris front.

The sources pointed out that the coalition militants suffered heavy human and material losses during the past hours, while carrying out infiltration attempts towards the army’s positions.

It is worth mentioning that Fadel Al-Numeiri, the staff officer of the “83rd Brigade” is one of the military commanders affiliated with Islah Party in Dhalea province.
