SANAA, Feb. 16 (YPA) – Saudi-led coalition forces on Monday detained a new ship carrying 29,988 tons of diesel, bringing the number of the held ships to 14, said Essam Al-Mutawakel, spokesman of the Yemeni Petroleum Company.
Al-Mutawakel added that all of the detained ships had obtained the UN permits after going through the procedures of examination and scrutiny.
He pointed out that more than 2,000 trucks loaded with foodstuffs are waiting to be refueled in Hodeida province to transport their loads to the Yemeni provinces.
The spokesman held the coalition countries, led by America, and the United Nations, full responsibility for the consequences of the continuation of these arbitrary and punitive practices against the Yemeni people.
