Pro-coalition military brigade rebels in Taiz

TAIZ, Feb. 08 (YPA) – Dozens of gunmen in the Fourth Brigade loyal to the Saudi-led coalition rebelled on Monday against the leadership of the Taiz Axis.

According to sources, the leadership of the Islah-affiliated Taiz Axis informed the leadership of the coalition that the commander of the brigade, called Abu Bakr al-Jabouli, did not comply with the orders.

The sources added al-Jubouli is receiving military directives by the leader Hammoud al-Mikhlafi residing in Turkey for military mobilization and control of the areas of Tor al-Baha, Mudaraba and Ras al-Ara near Bab al-Mandab strait.

The sources indicated that the Turkish-backed al-Jubouli leader had created a number of military sites overlooking the areas of Sabiha and Tor al-Baha of Lahj province.
