SANAA, Jan. 05 (YPA) – Director of the Presidential Office, Ahmed Hamed, affirmed on Tuesday that Sanaa government is determined to achieve food security by achieving agricultural advancement.
This came in his speech at the conclusion of the first conference on agricultural and community work held in Sanaa, with the participation of 80 participants representing 15 agricultural committees in the provinces, and participants from the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation and the Bunyan Development Foundation.
Hamed said that “the era of agricultural neglect has gone forever after the coming of the agricultural advancement era”, stressing the necessity of the concerted efforts of the various official and popular to achieve that.
He called for creating a community culture that increases the value of agricultural development so that it becomes a general and permanent concern.
