Earthquake hits Kuwait-Saudi border

SANAA, Dec. 21 (YPA) – A powerful earthquake measuring 4.3 degrees on the Richter scale hit Kuwait-Saudi border areas on early Monday, the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Institute reported

The institute confirmed that the earthquake occurred at 03:04:47 and at a depth of 10 kilometers.

It noted that the earthquake occurred 55 km south of Al-Ahmadi governorate and 41 km west of al-Wafrah.

According to the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Institute, the earthquake occurred at a latitude (28.85) north and a longitude (47.58) to the east.
