Al-Houthi: Signing agreement on repair of Safer tanker to avoid an environmental disaster

SANAA, Nov. 25 (YPA) – Leading figure in the Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi has comment on the accord that was signed on Wednesday between Sanaa and the UN for urgent maintenance and a comprehensive evaluation of the “Safer” oil tanker.

The signing of an urgent maintenance agreement and the comprehensive evaluation of the “Safer oil Tanker” with the United Nations is to avoid an environmental disaster that the Saudi-led coalition had worked hard to make through multiple steps such as shutting down the engineers’ operational ship’s balance sheet, Mohammed al-Houthi said in a tweet.

He indicated that the coalition sought to prevent the arrival of diesel engines for the ship and to declare Hodeidah a military target as prevented the sale of crude oil.
