8 workers kidnapped in Shabwa

SHABWA, Nov. 25 (YPA) – About 8 workers were kidnapped on Wednesday by Islah party gunmen in Shabwa province, eastern Yemen, sources said.

The sources added that a military campaign of Islah Party stormed one of the central stations filling domestic gas and arrested the workers in the city of Ataq.

According to the sources, the Islah militants tried to enter the station by force of arms, amid altercations between the two sides, which developed to send six military vehicles to arrest the employees.
