Citizen injured by STC militia in Aden

ADEN, Nov. 03 (YPA) – A citizen was seriously injured on Tuesday when a militant of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia shot at him in Al-Mansoura area in Aden province, southern Yemen, according to eyewitnesses.

The citizen was transferred to the MSF-operated hospital in the area, while the citizen’s relatives shot at the house of the militant’s uncle, the eyewitnesses added.

The incident sparked a state of terror among the neighborhood’s residents.

The city of Aden has been living a state of insecurity and chaos since mid-2015.
