SANAA, Nov. 3 (YPA) – An earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale hit Iran’s southern province of Bushehr early Tuesday, IRANA News Agency reported
The quake occurred at 3:41 a.m. local time (1100 GMT) Tuesday, according to the Seismological Center of the Geophysical Foundation of Tehran University.
The quake occurred at a depth of 5 kilometers (10 miles) from the ground and has been located in the Tang-e Eram district in Bushehr province.
No human and material losses have been reported.
An earthquake measuring 6.9 on the Richter scale hit the Aegean Sea last Friday, causing human and material losses in Turkey and Greece.
