Police find 27 IEDs in Bayda

BAYDA, Nov. 1 (YPA) – The Police of Al-Qurashyah district in Bayda province have found 27 improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in the ‘Ghail Amshriah’ area.

The province’s security administration explained that the IEDs were mortar shells prepared as explosive devices connected to an electrical circuit and that they are remnants of Al-Qaeda and ISIS.

Also, a quantity of explosives and tools used in making IEDs were found in the area, according to the security administration.
