Pro-coalition leading sheikh killed in Marib front

MARIB, Oct. 2 (YPA) – A leading sheikh from Marib province fighting in ranks of Saudi-led coalition forces was killed on Friday in Al-Alam front of the province, military sources reported.

The sources explained that Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad bin Aoshan, was killed this morning during violent clashes in Al-Alam front between the army and popular committees on one hand and the coalition forces on the other hand .

“The circumstances of Aoshan’s killing are not yet known,”  the sources added.

Sheikh Nasser bin Aoshan is one of the most prominent sheikhs in Marib province, who had joined the ranks of the coalition forces.
