Clashes break out among Islah party’s factions in Taiz

TAIZ, Sept. 26 (YPA) – Fierce clashes broke out on Saturday among two armed factions loyal to Islah party’s militias in Taiz province, sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources said that gunmen loyal to Ghazwan al-Mikhlafi attacked a block of flats, they believed that it belongs to Abdual-Rahman al-Sharaabi and his guard, Ayman al-Dambi.

The clashes extended to al-Saeed neighborhood and the gunmen used various medium and heavy machine guns.

Taiz province witnessed similar clashes among the same armed factions over last months.
