US Coronavirus deaths exceed 183,000

SANAA, Sept. 1 (YPA) – The United States on Monday has registered more than six million infections of Coronavirus and more than 183,000 deaths so far – both the highest in the world, Johns Hopkins University reported.

According to Johns Hopkins University, 6,002,615 confirmed cases in the country were confirmed, including 183,203 deaths, 3.05% of the overall case, and 215,3939 recoveries, 35.88%.

 The US is the world’s number one infected with COVId-19, accounting for 23.73% of the world’s recorded cases, and the first in terms of pandemic death toll at 21.62%.

US President Donald Trump is facing widespread criticism over his administration’s handling of the Coronavirus pandemic. This matter increases doubts on his chances of winning the next presidential election in November 2020.
