STC pushes military reinforcements to Taiz province

TAIZ, Aug. 31 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) Pushed on Monday military reinforcements to Taiz province, sources said.

A prominent leader in the STC, Wafi Al-Ghabas, stressed the importance of reinforcing the STC’s sites in Tor al-Baha and al-Sabiha areas, in anticipation of any attack waged by Islah militants.

Al-Ghabas warned the STC of falling the first districts of Lahj governorate, at the hands of the “Islah party” militants in case of the attack against the STC sites.

The STC pushed military reinforcements from Al-Dhalea and Aden provinces towards Tor Al-Baha, after Islah militants took control over the “35th Brigade” and all the areas of Al-Hujaria area.
