Yemeni army controls most important coalition camps in Marib

MAIRB, Aug. 22 (YPA) – The Yemeni army forces and the popular committees managed on Saturday to control one of the most important camps of Saudi-led coalition forces in Marib province, according to local sources.

The sources confirmed that the army and committees fought fierce battles against the coalition forces in al-Jadaan district, during which they were able to clear the district, and control Mass camp, in which the coalition stores the largest arsenal of weapons for years.

Purging al-Jadaan comes one day after the army forces cleared al-Suhail area in Raghwan district and al-Jafrah area in Majzar district, the sources added.

The sources indicated that the coalition warplanes are currently launching intensive raids on the camp.
