Shabwa airspace witnesses intense flight of UAE warplanes

SHABWA, Aug. 18 (YPA) – Shabwa province, eastern Yemen, on Tuesday witnessed intense flights of the UAE warplanes, in the province’s airspace, eyewitnesses reported.

Media sources affiliated with “Islah Party” indicated the flight of the UAE aircraft came against the background of holding a cell consisting of a number of Emirati officers at a military point of the Islah militants.

Earlier this week, a military post belonging to Islah subjected an Emirati military convoy to inspection, forcing the officers to get off their armored vehicles for hours in al-Houta area of Mayfa’a district.
