Over 12 tons of spoiled frozen poultry destroyed in Sanaa

SANAA, Aug. 16 (YPA) – Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, represented by the General Department of Animal Health and Veterinary Quarantine, on Sunday destroyed 12 and a half tons of spoiled frozen poultry due to poor storage.

The destroyed quantity of poultry is not suitable for consumption as a result of poor storage according to the results of examination and evaluation by the specialists at the Ministry, explained Ahmed al-Qadari, director of the department of animal health and veterinary quarantine at the Ministry of Agriculture.
