Yemen’s Ministry of Awqaf condemns Saudi system’s attempts to politicize Hajj

SANAA, July 29 (YPA) – The Ministry of Awqaf of Yemen strongly condemned on Wednesday the Saudi regime’s attempts to politicize the Hajj, and its ban on millions of Muslim to go to perform the Hajj and visit Macca this year.

The minister said in a statement that “the prevention of the pilgrimage this year is a systematic plan in the context of the open role played by the Saudi regime in serving the American-Zionist project.”

The statement confirmed that the prevention of the pilgrimage after many countries of the world lifted the restrictions of quarantine, including Saudi Arabia, stems from the premeditation and monitoring to serve the enemies of Islam.

It called on Islamic and Arabic countries to condemn the Saudi attempts and steps and work to lift the Saudi regime’s hand from Islamic sanctities.
