Presidential decree issued to appoint Dhamar governor

SANAA, July 29 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, issued on Wednesday a decree No. (41) for 2020 to appoint Mohammad Nasser Qaid Al-Bakhaiti as governor of Dhamar province.
