Artillery attack hits STC sites in Abyan

ABYAN, July 22 (YPA) – The Saudi-backed Islah militants carried out on Wednesday an artillery attack on the Southern Transitional Council (STC) militias in Yemen’s southern province Abayn, sources said.

The sources affirmed that the Islah militants hit the UAE-backed STC’s military sites in Zinjibar district.

The sources added that the clashes broke out in several areas Sheikh Salem’s front to Qarn al-Classi in the same district, using heavy artillery shelling.
