STC hands over funds to Saudi occupation forces in Aden

ADEN, July 16 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) announced on Thursday that it handed over the containers of funds that were detained, to the Saudi occupation forces in the southern port city of Aden.

The STC’s spokesman Nizar Haitham said the head of the Transitional Council, Eidros Zubaidi had sent the money containers to the Central Bank of Aden at the request of Saudi Arabia.

He added the containers had been handed over to Saudi forces in Aden, and Saudi Arabia had committed to handing over all salaries to the military and civilian sectors before Eid al-Adha.
