Unknown gunmen kidnap woman in Aden

ADEN, July 7 (YPA) – A married woman in the southern port city of Aden, which is under control of the UAE-backed militias, was kidnapped by unidentified gunmen, local sources said on Monday.

Local sources in the city confirmed that Khadija Ahmed Musa Al-Mashdali, 30, married and mother of three, was kidnapped yesterday, believed by militia members of the Southern Transitional Militia.

The sources explained that the woman left her home in al-Mamdarah neighborhood of Sheikh Othman district, and has not yet came back. The sources did not give any further details.

Dozens of women in Aden have been publicly abducted from the city’s streets by unidentified gunmen amid security chaos since the coalition entered the city in the second half of 2015.
