Turks to Islah Islamists: Help us in Libya and we will help you in Yemen

SANAA, July 4 (YPA) – The Camp Fayez al-Sarraj, backed by Ankara, is seeking at all costs to retake Sirte before any political or military negotiations, and at the same time, Turkey is sending many fighters, drones and new mercenaries from Yemen, Radio France International reported on Saturday

Radio France said on its website that the first group of 200 Yemeni mercenaries sent by Turkey earlier this week.

“Help us in Libya and we will help you in Yemen,”  to the website quoted Turks as saying.

The Islah is the most powerful armed wing of the Muslim Brotherhood in Yemen, and according to many observers, this Islamist party wants to form an alliance with Ankara preparing to intervene militarily in Yemen.

According to these sources, the Turks want to replicate the Libyan scenario on the Yemeni ground, just as they did in Libya by replicating the scenario of their intervention in Syria.

In this game of alliances, Turkey, in alliance with Qatar, seeks to support the Muslim Brotherhood against another group consisting of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Flight through Turkey to land in Tripoli

Various sources in Yemen and Libya, according to Radio France, Yemeni mercenaries were first trained at Camp Hamad, in Yafrus in The Taiz region of Yemen, and then transferred to Ankara as war wounded while they are not, to be transferred only to Tripoli.

The first information on Yemeni mercenaries in Libya dates back more than three weeks.

ANL then posted a video supposedly showing the fighters captured during the clashes near Tripoli. Three of them were Yemenis. One said he was from Taiz and the fourth said he was Tunisian.
