WHO announces new record for daily corona injuries

SANAA, June 22 (YPA) – The World Health Organization(WHO) has announced 18,820 cases of coronavirus around the world in the last 24 hours, a new record for the number of infections recorded in one day.
In its daily report, the organization noted that the Americas recorded the largest number of new infections (more than 116,000).
The last record of new infections in a single day was recorded on June 18 (181232 cases).
The organization pointed out that the total number of HIV infections exceeded 8.7 million, while more than 461,000 deaths were recorded.
