Tenders Committee of Ibb approves 10 projects at cost of 196 million riyals

IBB, April 27 (YPA) – The Tenders Committee of Ibb province, in its meeting on Sunday headed by Secretary-General of the Local Council of the province Amin al-Werafi, approved tenders for 10 service projects at a cost of 196,241,000 riyals.

The approved tenders included projects of cleaning and opening waterways and torrents corridors, and surveying, expanding and constructing a number of streets and roads in the districts of al-Dhahrah, al-Siyani, Thi al-Sefal, Badan, al-Sha’er, al-Radhma and Ibb countryside, and a reservoir project (Sara’a) in al-Dhahrah.

In the meeting, al-Werafi indicated that the projects that were approved are among the emergency projects to protect the public and private properties in the province center from the flow of torrents.
