Meteorological Center expects rain, thunderstorms over next 24 hours

SANAA, April 12 (YPA) – The National Meteorological Center expected rains accompanied with thunderstorms on various provinces over the next 24 hours.

The center in its weather forecast that rainy weather would fall over parts of the western mountainous highlands, from Lahj province in the south to Saada in the north.

It warned citizens and derivers of fog formation on provinces of Hajjah, Mahweet, Rayma, Ibb, Taiz, Dhalee, Lahj and Abyan.

The center also expected an activity of winds with speeds ranging from 12 to 22 knots on desert areas, causing dust and sand wave.
