UAE authorities suspend flights “to, from” country for 2 weeks
SANAA, March 23 (YPA) – The UAE authorities decided to suspend all passenger and transit flights to and from the country for a period of two weeks.
According to the Emirates News Agency, the National Emergency and Crisis Authority and the Emirates Civil Aviation Authority announced, in a joint statement, on Sunday, “suspending all flights for passengers and transit to and from the country for a period of two weeks, provided that it is valid after 48 hours from this hour subject to review and evaluation in response to precautionary measures Preventive and prevent the spread of the Corona virus emerging Covid-19.
The Emirates General Authority for Civil Aviation said, “The decision does not include the necessary cargo and evacuation flights, taking all precautionary and preventive measures in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and Community Protection.”
The UAE Ministry of Health has announced the closure of the malls for a period of two weeks, which are subject to review and restaurants are obligated to limit themselves to receiving orders and delivery, and this will take effect after 48 hours.
About 153 people were injured in the UAE, two died, and 38 recovered.
