Report: Yemen army attacks sites, gatherings of Saudi troops over 24 hours
SANAA, May 1 (YPA) – The Yemen army has carried out military operations against Saudi’s troop, including missile, artillery and sniping attacks, shooting down a drone, killing and wounding dozens over the past 24 hours, Ansar Allah Media Center told said in a statement obtained by Yemen Press Agency on Tuesday.
- Saudi-led coalition media admitted of killing 65 soldiers with the fire of the Yemen army in the beyond border fronts during April.
- In Saada province:
A drone was shot down in Baqem district.
- In Saudi border province of Najran:
Artillery and missile shelling targeted Saudi soldiers and militias’ gatherings in Khadra crossing.
A Saudi military vehicle was bombed in an unique ambush in Dhaiaa road, killing all its crew.
A Saudi military bulldozer was targeted by a guided missile in Sudais site.
Artillery shells were fired toward Nahwqa site.
- In Jizan border Saudi province:
The army shelled Saudi-backed militias’ gatherings in Tewal crossing and Hahirah.
A Saudi army’s advance was foiled in front of Dood mount, killing, wounding dozens of militias and destroying three military vehicles.
- In Asir border province:
The artillery and missile force of Yemen army shelled intensively sites of Saudi army in Sood hills and Alab crossing.
