6.3 magnitude earthquake hits Canada
SANAA, Dec. 25 (YPA) – The US Geological Survey announced today, Wednesday, that an earthquake of 6.3 magnitude struck the city of Port Hardy in Canada.
According to “Reuters”, the European Mediterranean Center for Seismology said the earthquake hit an area 518 km west of Vancouver.
No reports of material or human damages have been received from the earthquake, which occurred at a depth of 10 km.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center in the Pacific said that no tsunami warning has been issued at this time.
