Industry Ministry stresses importance of media role in monitoring goods prices

SANAA, Dec. 9 (YPA) – Deputy Industry Ministry Bassam al-Ghorbani stressed on Monday the importance of the media’s outlets role in support of the filed committees to monitor goods prices and expose manipulators.

The move came during his meeting with media commission of the ministry, al-Ghorbani pointed out the need to brief on activities and plans of the Ministry by the media outlets for activating supervisory work on markets, prices and consumer protection.

He affirmed the Ministry’s readiness to support the media aspects and overcome the difficulties and challenges facing the committee’s tasks.
