SANAA, Nov. 26 (YPA) – The head of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs, Abdulqader al-Murtadha on Tuesday denied allegations made by Saudi-led aggression about the release of 200 prisoners of the Yemeni army and popular committees.
“We confirm that none of this has been done yet, and we will clarify everything in time ,” he wrote on Twitter.
Earlier in the day, Abdulqader al-Murtadha announced that six prisoners from the Yemeni army have been released in a new exchange deal.
Al-Mortada confirmed in a statement that the deal was achieved by the tribal mediation with the Saudi-led coalition mercenaries in Taiz, Marib and West Coast fronts.
