Socotra governor condemns UAE violations in looting natural wealth in Island

SANAA, Nov. 18 (YPA) – Socotra Governor Hashim Saad al-Saqtari strongly condemned on Monday violations carried out by the UAE occupation forces in looting the natural resources and rare plants in the archipelago of the province.

The governor called in a statement the UNESCO to intervene urgently to restore what was looted from the province by the UAE occupation forces.

He added that the Yemeni people would sue the UAE state in international courts because looting the archipelago’s natural wealth in a flagrant violation of the UN charters and international law.
