Thousands of residents of southern provinces mark Prophet’s birthday

SANAA, Nov. 9 (YPA) – Thousands of residents of the Yemeni southern provinces on Saturday marked the religious anniversary of the prophet’s birthday in al-Sabeen square of the capital Sanaa.

During the anniversary, the participants affirmed their rejection the foreign occupation forces in the south of Yemen, which today are based on an agreement prepared by the Saudi and UAE intelligence services as means to take over the southern people’s decision and loot its oil wealth.

They affirmed Saudi and UAE occupation forces would seek to impose a new guardianship to undermine the social unity and inalienable rights of the southern people.

The attendees held banners confirming adherence to the values and principles of the great Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him.
