Foreign Ministry discusses steps to activate public services

SANAA, Nov. 4 (YPA) – Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf on Monday discussed with the concerned departments at the ministry the implementation of directives of President of the Supreme Political Council to activate public services departments and assign numbers to receive complaints.

The Foreign Minister affirmed that combating any practices related to corruption comes within the framework of the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state, and as a priority for the Political Council in the next phase.

Sharaf affirmed that the fight against corruption in all its forms will create satisfaction among citizens and strengthen the home front in confronting the aggression.

He ordered the activation of the Public Service Department in the ministry and the allocation of a phone number to receive and deal with citizens’ complaints on a daily basis.
