Ministry of Industry discusses Standards, Metrology ِِِِِAuthority report

SANAA, Nov. 4 (YPA) – Minister of Industry and Trade Abdulwahab Yahya al-Durra held a meeting on Monday to discuss a report of the Standards, Metrology and Quality Authority during 2018-2019.

At the meeting, the officials reviewed activities and programs achieved by the authority in protecting the health and safety of consumers and enhancing the national economy.

The meeting listened to the authority’s report about a system of networking between the authority and its branches in governorates and the establishment of laboratories to examine the goods.
