6 Turkish soldiers killed, wounded in Syria

SANAA, Oct. 27 (YPA) – At least one Turkish soldier was killed and five others were injured on Sunday during an attack carried by the Syrian Kurdish Forces in Hasakah northwestern countryside.

The Turkey’s Defense Ministry said that “a soldier was killed and five others were injured in Ras al-Ayn area after rocket and mortar attacks,” according to Reuters.

Last Thursday, five soldiers of the Turkish were killed during clashes in the same area.

The Turkish forces and their terrorist organizations continue their offensive on the border towns and villages in the northern countryside of Hasakah and Raqqa causing the displacement of thousands of civilians from their homes and villages.
