UN envoy for Yemen declares results of visit to Sanaa, meeting with al-Sayyed al-Houthi

SANAA, Oct. 2 (YPA) – The UN envoy for Yemen Martin Griffiths on Wednesday affirmed that the results of his visit to the capital Sanaa and a meeting with al-Sayyed Abdul Malik al-Houthi was fruitful.

Griffiths discussed, during meeting, ways to build on their recent initiative in support of an immediate truce and resumption of the peace negotiation on Yemen.

The move came during his brief statement held in Oman about the results of his meeting with al-Sayyed al-Houthi.
