PM briefed on Finance Ministry’s activity, development plan

SANAA, Sept. 24 (YPA) – Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor on Tuesday met with Finance Minister Sharaf al-Din al-Kuhlani, who briefed him on the ministry’s activities and development plan for the next period.

Dr. bin Habtoor noted to the great national tasks and vital function entrusted to the Finance Ministry, especially in light of the continued aggression and blockade and its catastrophic repercussions on Yemen.

He praised the efforts of the Finance Ministry and its team in preparing the annual spending plan.

During the meeting, al-Kuhlani reviewed the efforts exerted by the ministry to enhance and develop the general performance in carrying out its tasks and duties.

He pointed to the progress in preparing the annual spending plan for the coming year and the existing efforts to align it with the first phase plan of the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state.
