Dozens killed, vehicles destroyed in repelling inflitration in Asir

ASIR, April 20 (YPA) – Dozens of Saudi-backed militias, including Sudanese, were killed and injured on friday by the fire of Yemen army during repelling their intensive advance continued for hours in Asir border province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

A number of militias’ military vehicles were destroyed during repelling their advance which was backed by air covers  in front of Alb crossing.

The official added that the coalition warplanes launched over 17 strikes in an attempt to support its militants on the ground, but failed to achieve any  progress.

Furthermore,  the artillery force of the Yemen army shelled gatherings of the militias during foiling the infiltration, the official said.
