8.5 tons of expired milk destroyed in Sanaa

SANAA, Sept. 5 (YPA) – The Industry and Trade Office in Sanaa Province on Thursday destroyed eight and a half tons of expired milk and unfit for human use.

During the destruction process, Undersecretary of the province for the services sector Faris al-Kuhali stressed that there is no tolerance with those who are trying to exploit the economic conditions the country is going through by trading corrupt goods.

“The destroyed milk was among goods returned from the province of Aden,” said Director of the Industry and Trade Office in the province Amin Shaya, pointing out that the inspection teams sorted the expired quantities and took the necessary legal procedures.
