Heavy defeats haunt coalition in Hajjah fronts

HAJJAH, Sept. 4 (YPA) – The Saudi-led coalition’s defeats continued on Wednesday in fronts of Hajjah province, and it suffered heavy losses by the ground, missile and artillery attacks of the Yemeni army and popular committees.

An army official confirmed that dozens of the coalition troops and mercenaries were killed and injured Wednesday during a failed infiltration attempt towards positions of the army and popular committees in Haradh front off Jizan.

The army’s artillery unit shelled gatherings of the coalition mercenaries west of Haradh front, which doubled their losses, the official added.

According to the official, the army’s missile force fired three Zilzal-1 missiles on the coalition mercenaries’ gatherings in the same front, leaving casualties in their ranks.
